When hosting with the MCOECN, the URL to access your application will be of the format:
https://<itc>-<district name/code>-<application>.ssdt-ohio.org
Examples: https://laca-ct-usas.ssdt-ohio.org
https://test-omeresa-indianvalley-usas.ssdt-ohio.org
Test instances will have "test" at the beginning of the URL.
Training instances will have "train" at the beginning of the URL.
Production instances will not have anything any additional text at the beginning of the URL, they will start with the ITC name.
